Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds. NIVEEN only offers an exchange policy. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms.

We understand items can fit differently and this is why we urge customers to review the size chart and any recommended sizing details.

Faulty Items: NIVEEN works hard to ensure the quality of the items you are purchasing are in excellent condition. In the rare occassion you receive an item with a defect please email us right away with your order number and pictures. We always inspect our products before shipping it out so we do reserve the right to refuse any faulty items. We will try our best to accomodate the situation.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start the exchange, you can contact us with order number within 10 days at niveenofficialllc@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please be aware NIVEEN does not cover the shipping fees for returned items. We are not responsible for unsuccesful/ lost parcels returns to our office, this is the customers responsibility. Please keep proof of return postage.
